New IGMBHMS

IGM was established in 1998 by the Noble Education Society in honor of Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Since then, we have built a strong legacy of homoeopathic education. We maintain a balance of technological and humanistic medicine, focusing on both hospital-based tertiary care and community-based primary care. Over the years, IGM has produced hundreds of graduates who contribute to society with high ethical standards and clinical skills.

Our sprawling campus includes: – A Homoeopathic Hospital with separate OPD and IPD units (Medicine, Gynecology/Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Surgery) fully staffed by experienced faculty.

  • State-of-the-art facilities: modern classrooms, anatomy and physiology labs, pathology lab, and a radiology section.
  • A well-stocked dispensary with a complete range of homoeopathic medicines.
  • Regular health camps and community clinics to serve the needy.

Students gain real-world experience seeing a wide variety of cases (respiratory, dermatological, pediatric, geriatric, etc.), under expert supervision. This blend of academic learning and clinical exposure ensures our graduates can provide high-quality, holistic patient care.

IGM’s curriculum and activities are designed to: –

  • Maintain balance: Integrate modern medical technology with homoeopathic theory and humanistic care.
  • Holistic approach: Emphasize promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative care. We view each patient as a unique individual in family and community context.
  •  Community focus: Combine hospital-based training with outreach in local communities. Regular health camps and patient camps popularize homoeopathy and serve public health.
  • Quality care: Train students to provide high-quality, personalized healthcare using homoeopathic principles.

Key highlights: –

  • Experienced faculty: Skilled teachers and clinicians guide students in every discipline.
  • Research orientation: Opportunities to engage in evidence-based research in homoeopathy.
  • Full-time hospital: Our on-campus hospital meets all Central Council of Homoeopathy standards for clinical training.
  • Produce compassionate homoeopaths who treat patients holistically and ethically.
  • Blend science and care: Ensure education balances technological competence with a caring touch.
  • Holistic health: Promote preventive and rehabilitative homoeopathy, contributing to nation-building through improved community health.
  • Research culture: Foster a spirit of inquiry—students and staff engage in research to demonstrate the efficacy of homoeopathy.
  • Continuous learning: Encourage lifelong learning (“Aude Sapere” – dare to be wise) so graduates remain updated and competent.
